👉🏻 that the Nebbiolo di Gattinara have a flavor and a blood note derived from the ferrous rocks of the fossil supervolcano of Valsesia
👉🏻 that in Donnas the height of the pergolas in the vineyard is the only tool that protects the vines now from spring frosts, now from freezing winds
👉🏻 that in the heroic vineyards of Carema there are centuries-old vines thanks to the only type of farming possible in the area
