The July event can only be effervescent. Bubbles galore: French and Italian. To have even more fun, we decided to play, serving them blind. Whoever guesses the most will get a prize.

However, the best part will be to participate rather than win, tasting high-level products: Champagne and Italian excellences of classic method. It will be a game, but it will also be an opportunity to try blind tasting, finding the differences between one bubbles and another under the guidance of taster Fabio Ceccarelli. As always in our wine club, you learn while having fun, or you have fun learning (everyone thinks as they want).

We will meet Friday 19 July at 8.30pm in the garden of B Station where we will be served ad hoc combinations.

• Fresh cheese with red fruit jam
• Prawn tartare
• Scallops au gratin
• Fish soup
• Morbier cheese with grape jelly
• Parmesan and grapes

HOW DOES THE GUESSING GAME WORK?

Wines from the following producers will be served with covered labels and in no particular order.

1. Guiborat (Champagne – Cramant)
2. Brimoncourt (Champagne – Aÿ)
3. Vilmart (Champagne – Rilly La Montagne) 
4. Monsupello (Oltrepò Pavese) 
5. Gulf Rose (Salento)
6. Moser (Trento, Cembra Valley)

Everyone will try to recognize them. Only at the end of the evening will we reveal the labels and decide the winner.
